Lettuce Wraps

Chicken Breast (Boneless, skinless)


1 tbsp

Cooking Oil


A Little Salt


Ingredient B

2 tbsp

CN LOYAL 1884 Low Sugar Smooth Peanut Paste


1 tsp

Lime Juice


1 tsp

Paprika Powder


2 tbsp

Sesame Oil


2 tbsp

Water


1/2 tsp

White sesame seeds (Roasted)


Ingredient C

4 pieces

Fresh Lettuce


200g

Red Capsicum (Cubed)


5 pieces

Cherry Tomato (Cut into half)


15g

Pine Nuts (Fried)


20g

Raisins


A Little Black Pepper





Method


Pour CN LOYAL 1884 Low Sugar Smooth Peanut Paste, lime juice, paprika powder, sesame oil, water and mix well.


Top with white sesame seeds.


Season chicken on both sides with salt, keep aside for 5 minutes.


Heat one tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.


Add the chicken breast and cook for 10 to 15 minutes per side, or until no longer pink and juices run clear.


Remove the chicken from the pan and cut into cubes.


Mix well with Ingredients C. Serve the filling on top of fresh lettuce with sauce.


Serve immediately.
