Unsalted Butter (Softened)

Icing Sugar

CN LOYAL 1884 Unsweetened Smooth Peanut Paste


20g

Egg Whites


100g

All Purposes Flour

Chocolate (Melted)

Peanut Chunks


Method


Preheat oven at 180℃. Beat unsalted butter and icing sugar till fluffy and creamy.


Slowly add in peanut paste and eggs white, continue to beat till smooth.


Slowly pour in all purpose flour and fold evenly till form into soft dough.


Transfer the dough to a decorating bag fitted with a large open star tip.


Pipe the dough into circle on the parchment paper or silicone baking mats.


Bake until light golden brown, 15 to 18 minutes. Allow to cool completely.


Dip half of the each cooled cookies into melted chocolate and sprinkle peanut crush on top.


Place on waxed paper until chocolate is set.
