Rojak Noodles

Noodles (Optional)

1 Fried Bean Curd

(Cut into triangles)

1 Hard Boiled Egg

(Cut into half)

50g

Potato

(Boiled, peeled and wedged)

1 Fried Bean Curd Puff

(Cut into half)

50g S

oy Bean Sprout

(Plucked off the root, scaled and drained) 40g Cucumber (Shredded)

1 Calamansi Lime

(Cut into half)

Peanut Crush


Ingredient B

CN LOYAL 1884 Low Sugar Chunky Peanut Paste


1 1/2 tbsp

Soy Sauce


1 tsp

Sesame Oil


1 tsp

Black Vinegar


1 1/2 tbsp

Chili Paste


1 1/2 tbsp

Water




Method


Blanch the noodles into boiling water, cook until soft.


Remove and drained. Keep aside.


Pour all ingredient B into a bowl and mix well.


Serve the prepared ingredients with peanut sauce.


Top with peanut crush and serve immediately.
