(Peeled and de-veined)

CN LOYAL 1884 Unsweetened Smooth Peanut Paste
2 tsp
Sesame Oil
1/2 tsp
White sesame seeds (Roasted)
Method
Bring a medium pot of water to a boil and salt it well.
Add the asparagus to the boiling water and boil for 3 minutes. Remove and drained. Keep aside. Add the shrimp to the pot of boiling water, boil them for 2-3 minutes, until cooked through.
Remove and drained. Keep aside. Pour CN LOYAL 1884 Unsweetened Smooth Peanut Paste and sesame oil and mix well.
Put the asparagus in the plate with the shrimp.
Top with sauce and white sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
