Carrot (Shredded)

Peanut Crush


Ingredient B

3/4 tbsp

CN LOYAL 1884 Unsweetened Chunky Peanut Paste


1 tbsp

Dark Soy Sauce


3/4 tsp

Soy Sauce


Method


Pour all ingredient B into a bowl and mix well.


Mix the shredded cucumber and shredded carrot together.


Slit the fried bean curd puff and stuff the mixed vegetables into it.

Top with peanut crush and serve with the sauce.
