Bean Curd (Fried, Cubed)

CN LOYAL 1884 Low Sugar Smooth Peanut Paste


1 tbsp

Cooking Oil


2 tsp

Chopped Shallot


2 tsp

Chopped Garlic


1 stalk

Curry Leaf


2 tbsp

Curry Powder


3 tbsp

Soy Sauce


240g

Water


200ml

Coconut Milk


Ingredient C

White/ Brown Rice (Optional)



Method


Heat up 1 tbsp cooking oil to stir-fry chopped shallot and chopped garlic until fragrant, add in curry leaf and curry powder, stir-fry until aromatic.


Add in the bean curd.


Pour in the water, soy sauce and CN LOYAL 1884 Low Sugar Smooth Peanut Paste.

Mix well.


Add in coconut milk stir-well combined until the gravy is slightly thicker.


Remove from heat and serve with white/ brown rice.
