Grilled Chicken Satay



Ingredient A

Chicken Meat


Ingredient B

45g

CN LOYAL 1884 Low Sugar Chunky Peanut Paste


1 1/2 tbsp

Lemon Juice


1 1/2 tbsp

Soy Sauce


1 tbsp

Chopped Garlic


1 tsp

Curry Powder


1/2 tsp

Chili Powder


Ingredient C

200g

Cucumber (Wedged)


200g

Red Capsicum (Wedged)


200g

Onions (Wedged)






Method


Pour all ingredient B into a bowl and mix well.


Cut the chicken meat into bite size piece and marinate with Ingredient B Marinate it for at least three hours or better for at least 24 hours if time permitted.


Pierce the skewer through the chicken meat and baked on the greased tray with 180℃ for 5 minutes on each side until the satay turns golden brown.


Remove from heat, serve hot with Ingredient C.
